In 2023, SALTO Green released a TCA template to give beneficiaries a deeper understanding of the green priority. This model was updated after a first test in Norway in 2025. It is now available for any agency to implement.
This package is meant as a resource, a toolbox where TCA Officers can pick and choose what is useful for them. Follow the plan, or modify the agenda, use a workshop template as inspiration, add your favorite ice-breaker… Make this TCA your own!
