The green transition on the job market

How can we ensure equal access to green skills in education and training systems?

This analytical report presents an analysis of data on access to the skills needed for the transition to a green economy, and the process of acquiring these skills through initial vocational education and training (IVET). It also analyzes lifelong learning (LLL) opportunities for people already in the labor market.

The report focuses on groups in society that could be particularly affected by the greening of the economy.
The political context for this document is provided by the EU’s ambitions for green transition.
