Agenda 2030 is universal, meaning that it applies to all countries, North and South alike.
In this respect, all countries are “on the road to sustainable development”, with its 17 sustainable development goals and 169 targets (or sub-goals).
It sets out a detailed roadmap covering virtually all societal issues.
