CALL FOR GREEN PROJECTS

As part of its conference Go Green:  Knowledge into pratice, SALTO Green is organising a poster session to highlight green best practices at both National Agencies’ and projects’ level. Deadline to submit a poster: July 25th

About the event

During our 2-day event, focus is set on the green priority. The objective is to develop transferable knowledge and promote Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps as key drivers for change. Different experts and beneficiaries will share their insights and experiences through panel discussions and presentations. In parallel of these formal discussions, informal get together will be offered by the poster session.

More info on the event

What is the poster session about?

This poster session is organised in parallel of the official programme and can be walked through at any time (and more specifically during breaks).

These posters, designed by SALTO Green, aim to showcase the concrete and replicable results of projects or initiatives, whether from beneficiaries and/or National agencies and to promote best practice in green transition.

The posters will be displayed during the event and will also be visible on SALTO Green’s website after the event.

Why submitting a project?

If we want to accelerate the implementation of the green priority in Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps projects, we need to facilitate the transferability of methods, tools and knowledge among beneficiaries and National Agencies. And the first step to transferability is visibility.

By submitting a project, you contribute actively to the knowledge generation that is needed to go further and faster in implementing the green priority.

You’ll receive a ready-made promotion material created by us and transferable for other projects!

You will also benefit from a higher visibility for your project, at a European scale:

  • Display on SALTO Green’s website in the part “Get inspired”
  • For the best posters, integration into SALTO Green’s deliverables: article on its website, example in its collection of projects, post on LinkedIn…

Submitting a project: who and what?

Who can submit a project? Anyone with a green good practice in the context of Erasmus+ and/or European Solidarity Corps: Beneficiaries, Project Coordinator, NA staff, evaluators…

What topics are we expected for the posters?

  • green good practice in National Agencies
  • green project design, management and implementation
  • monitoring of the green priority

How to submit a project?

SALTO Green will design the poster based on the information collected.
We will then select up to 20 green projects for the exhibition held during the event.

However, this limit does not apply to publication on the SALTO Green website.

Content is divided into 4 parts :
– General informal
– Description of the project : 870 signs max
– Project’s results : 315 signs max
– Green competencies (around 4 or 5 skills) acquired during the project : 510 signs maximum (Check the skills from Collection of projects 2024)
