This report is the Commission’s response to the invitation in the Council’s work plan to present an action plan on the cultural dimension of sustainable development.
It advocates an EU policy approach to the cultural dimension of sustainable development.
It is based on a stronger and more coherent link between cultural policies and the implementation of the SDGs through initiatives. EU programs and actions are also taken into account, across all sectors.
